1. Returns and Refunds
Due to the wholesale, bulk, and custom nature of our products, all sales are generally considered final once production has commenced or items have been dispatched. We do not offer refunds for "buyer's remorse" or incorrect quantities ordered by mistake.
2. Defective or Damaged Items
We take quality seriously. If you receive defective or damaged items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with detailed photos and a description of the defect. We will evaluate the issue and, at our discretion, provide a replacement, partial refund, or credit for future purchases.
3. Custom Branding
Products that have been custom branded with your logo or specific designs cannot be returned or refunded unless there is a material defect in the product itself. Please carefully review all digital mockups and proofs before approving custom orders.
4. Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before they have entered the processing or production stage. Once custom branding or bulk preparation has started, cancellations are not permitted.
